If you’re unable to access your Talkio AI account, you’re not alone—this guide walks you through the most common reasons login issues occur and how to resolve them.
1. Double-Check Your Login Method
The most frequent cause of login issues is using a different method than the one you signed up with.
For example:
- If you originally signed up with Google, logging in with email and password won’t work.
- If you created your account with email and password, trying to log in with Google may result in an error or “no account found” message.
What to Do:
- First, log out completely here: Log Out
- Then try signing in again at talkio.ai/authentication/signin
- Use the correct method:
- If you used Google originally, click “Continue with Google”
- If you used email and password, click “Continue with Email”
2. Forgot Your Password?
If you signed up with an email and password and can’t remember the password, you can easily reset it.
How to Reset:
- Visit talkio.ai/authentication/signin
- Click “Sign in with Email”
- Then click “Forgot password?” and follow the steps to reset
⚠️ Note: If you created your account using Google, there is no password to reset on Talkio—your login is handled directly through your Google account.
3. “No Account Found” Error
Seeing this message usually means you’re trying to log in with a method or email that doesn’t match your original sign-up.
Check that:
- You’re using the right email address
- You’re selecting the correct login method (Google vs. email/password)
If in doubt, try both options or search your email inbox for the original Talkio welcome message to confirm how you registered.
